No stairs, which is great for grandparents and bad knees. Only 35 steps from the back door to the beach sand! We had a great time! It was spacious, just steps to the beach, and walking distance to “downtown”. There were plenty of beach towels and it was nice that we got a credit for beach gear. The listing says there are three king beds, but there’s actually only one - the other two are queens. There are no cooking basics (olive oil, salt, etc) which was a bummer, and having only one roll of toilet paper seemed scant for an otherwise well appointed house. It was really nice to have the pool, though the cost for heating it was expensive ($150). The hot water heater is not large enough to accommodate several showers at once, and two of the four showers are very small. Overall though I would recommend this property to others and would stay again! ##### Leslie B.
