Appointed with 1 bedroom and one full bath, and a full size sleeper sofa, this home comfortably sleeps 4\. The boathouse has all new kitchen cabinets, granite countertops, stainless appliances, new luxury vinyl flooring and new furniture and decor throughout. This boathouse has a lovely screened in porch that overhangs the canal and the boathouse shares the boat dock with Wild Child next door.
