Located in St. George, within the Las Palmas Complex, Indian Palms is a hidden gem for all ages. With many National and State parks within a short drive, golf courses nearby, and all the Las Palmas amenities; everyone will love their stay at Indian Palms!

Indian Palms is the epitome of relaxation! This 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo comfortably sleeps 6 guests, however, it can sleep up to 8 guests with the assistance of a queen air mattress. Las Palmas offers so many amenities, you could spend your whole vacation at the resort and never get bored! With an outdoor & indoor pool and spa, basketball and tennis courts, outdoor shuffleboard, a splash pad, fitness center, outdoor checkers, and a park; your days will be full of relaxation and fun! Of course, you do not have to stick around the resort to have a great day! Indian Palms is in the heart of southern Utah, surrounded by National and State Parks, many golf courses, and downtown St. George, taking an adventurous day trip has never been easier. Back at home, barbeque on the balcony watching the beautiful sunset behind the desert mountains. The kids will be entertained while you cook, challenging each other to PS4 games in the living room! End the night curled up on the couch together, with a bowl of popcorn and a good movie. Whether you are playing a game of tennis, lounging by the pool, hiking through the desert hills, or practicing your putt; everyone will make timeless memories at Indian Palms!

This condo is in excellent condition. Nice view. Responsive host. Close to restaurants, Tuacahn Amphitheater and Zion National Park. Good one day trip to Bryce Canyon, which is spectacular. I would definitely stay with this host again.

Great view in a fun Resort

The place was clean and spacious. Tall ceilings and doors. The kitchen was well stocked The view off the back patio was great of the mountains and rocks and pickleball courts.

Wonderful view and great condo

What a great find. It was last minute and we needed a place within 24 notice. Condo was just as described and fully loaded with everything we needed in kitchen and bathrooms. Loved daily breakfast on the balcony, and the gas grill that we used everyday. Pool access was easy and it was a good spot to base our day trips.

Great condo

It was great except for seating area in living room. We really needed at least one recliner for my husband's back. I checked while I was on VRBO to see if there was a recliner. I was assured by VRBO or potentially AI that there was one. I would not have booked that particular unit if I had known.

Clean and spacious

I wasn't sure if we were going to stay for the entire weekend so I tried to book something based on just being cost effective. I told my family to set their expectations low. Turns out it was WAY better than we were expecting. Every room was spacious, many rooms were more updated than the photos, and their cleaning was impeccable.

Condo should not be rented until owners update. Felt dirty, dingy, and VERY old. Dishes In cupboards had to all be washed before they could be used. Rented another condo from a different agency in the same complex the week before and it was 100% better.

Spring bicycle tour of StGeorge

The condo was clean and spacious however, the master bathroom ceiling was leaking water through the fan vent. When we called the Red Sands property managers they noted the issue yet never came out to repair the leak. They later returned the call and still nothing was done to resolve the issue. We finally just left and will not book this property ever again!! Also, the AC was blowing only warm air. Very disappointing all around.

After booking was called a few days later telling me the unit wasn't available then few days later it was. Just an inconvenience planning. The ice maker didn't work. I would have like to see little more in the kitchen. I understand no perishables, but things like coffee, equal, some bottled waters, minor kitchen things like salt/pepper, cooking oil etc...just some basics. Will be back soon but will think hard before booking this unit again.

Great Place! Apartment had problems

Las Palmas is a fun place to stay, with lots of pools, courts, activities. However, our apartment, #2012, while spacious and comfortable, had a bad smell. Really bad. The smell came and went. While we were there, the dishwasher leaked a lot--big mess. You could tell it had not been cleaned well for probably a couple of years--lots of gunk. And the air conditioning went out. If not for the problems of the apartment, I would give this place a fantastic rating.

Family Fun in St George and Zions

Better than expected. We had stayed at another place in the same complex that was smaller and not as nice. So when we stayed here we were pleasantly surprised. It was spacious enough to fit our family of seven. Had all the amenities that one would need and our bed moved up and down and vibrated. The only small complaint would be the knives need sharpenning. Will stay there again if in St George.

Dirty and smelly

Everything was filthy, sheets were ripped, raw sewage smell from drain. We were moved to different resort which did but have all the amenities of the first resort.

Condo at las Palmas

The place was nicely decorate and kitchen/bathrooms were well stocked for use. The floors especially behind the bathroom doors were very dirty, the base boards are extremely dusty and dirty and the doors above/below door knobs are really gross with dirty from previous renters. The carpets are old and feel gross to bare feet, they may need to be shampooed better. If this unit was cleaned a bit more in corners & baseboards it would be excellent.
