« Have stayed twice in the last year. 1st stay was a better experience. Pros:Very Quiet and safe.Minimal contact by host.Fast and easy access.Wonderful location away from the busy highway.Comfy living room furniture.HVAC works great.Nice laundry setup.Cons:No box spring so no support for master bed. Had to lay with our heads at the foot of the bed as it was sloped. We made the kids sleep there and slept on the couch and other guest bed which was hard as a rock.No shower door or curtain so water...

« The place itself was spotless and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and the host was super helpful and responsive the whole time. The location is great and super convenient to so much in the area, which made getting around easy. The pool was a fantastic bonus - clean, well-maintained, and plenty of loungers to choose from. Parking was fortunately easy to find, but heads up for future guests: you don’t get access to the gated garage. You’ll need to use street parking outside the building....

« The VRBO is a cute little studio apartment. Has everything you may need. Full kitchen set for cooking meals, blocks away from all the local restaurants. There is a washer and dryer for laundry needs. The host was very quick to respond if there was a problem or we needed anything. Perfect for a couple or travelling workers. Priced very affordably. Plenty of parking. I would absolutely book with Kathleen again! It is definitely a new favorite spot! »

« The unit itself was very nice…our issue was with the AC. It is controlled by the manager/owner. The guests aren’t allowed to move the AC below 70 degrees. We keep our ac at 67 at home. That’s our preference. So I asked for that and was met with rude answers and they basically questioned me and said they’ve never had anyone be hot. If I’d know the guests don’t have control of the AC I would not have stayed there. We had the groom and groomsmen staying there for the wedding and no one slept well...
