The condo is fully equipped, centrally located, easy to get in and out and it’s absolutely beautiful! I can’t wait to book it again! ##### Russandra B. The heat didn’t work and it was 60 degrees when we walked in. Contacted the rental ofice and it took 2 days for them to send someone and in the end they had to order a part and we would have no heat for the entire trip. There was a small electric fireplace but with the high ceilings and giant windows it really didn’t get past 65\. So we just threw a sweater on and accepted our faith thinking something would maybe be done to make it right. We were given a 75 credit. That surprised us and as we do come back to Birmingham on a monthly basis this property won't be in the rotation. ##### Jan B. We were absolutely thrilled with this listing! My family attends swim meets here every year and finding a safe and convenient location to the crossplex for sporting events can be challenging. This location is clean, only 12-15 minutes from the crossplex and the options for local food and shopping are great. The building is super cute, safe and very clean and up to date. The ONLY issue can be parking during the evening hours by we still managed great spots on the roadside each day coming to and fro multiple times. Highly recommend. Also the manager was super responsive when I had questions regarding checkout and what to do. Will definitely be staying here again. ##### Christy H. Arena and lots of restaurants in walking distance. VRBO was super clean and nicely done. The old brick and mortar building was really cool and the restoration of building was spot on.
