The apartment was spotless. Ocean access was very nice. I can look past the unit being outdated and beds being uncomfortable, but im so tired of vacation rentals charging me 300 in fees which one would assume accounts for cleaning, and then telling me that i have to have a load of laundry in the dryer and one in the washer before i leave in order to not be charged an additional 10 per load of laundry after i check out. The fridge wasn't working during our stay and i lost all of the groceries we brought to cook meals. When i informed Vacasa, who managed this rental, of the broken fridge they took half a day to respond and then only offered to send someone out the morning we were checking out. We were told management was sending over beach chairs numerous times and they never showed up. The microwave did not work and some of the necessary supplies were not there like Kleenex.
