Close to downtown and most activities. Beach is steps away, and several great restaurants are close by. The apartment is pretty good. It is an older condo and while it says renovated, it is showing its age. I am not sure what was renovated. Furniture is older, bathrooms are solid, but aged. It is comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean is great. The kitchen is cluttered with too many random utensils and dishware, makes it hard to find what you need. But we would come back again as it is a decent place to stay at a good price. There were a few issues that kept the stay from being perfect. \* The air conditioning unit had a pretty substantial leak, flooding the floor nearby. We had to sop up the water with towels. Jeff said that the issue had occurred before and that he thought it was taken care of, and said he would take care of it promptly. \* We had all sorts of intermittent Internet outages. We had brought our home Roku stick with us and it kept glitching out and losing connection, as well as on our phones. We asked Jeff about this and he said the issue had not occurred previously. He suggested unplugging and plugging the router back in, which we did several times, but it still kept going out almost every day. \* There were a lot of dead cockroaches on the floor. It's better than live ones, and is probably due to recent pest control treatment. It bothered my wife quite a bit, though. Despite these issues, I would still say that the stay was very pleasant and we are happy we booked Jeff's condo. ##### James L. The condo is comfortable, clean and spacious. The beach is beautiful and just steps away. We loved the location - a close drive to the pier, historic district and the lighthouse. It was quiet and easy to access everything. We visited 2 of the pools, both were clean and in good shape.
