Close to downtown and most activities. Beach is steps away, and several great restaurants are close by. The apartment is pretty good. It is an older condo and while it says renovated, it is showing its age. I am not sure what was renovated. Furniture is older, bathrooms are solid, but aged. It is comfortable and clean. The view of the ocean is great. The kitchen is cluttered with too many random utensils and dishware, makes it hard to find what you need. Nov 9, 2023 Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy #### Wonderful beach getaway This location was perfect for allowing access to St Augustine while being far enough South that the beach was not super crowded. We loved the layout of the place which had enough separation if you were to have guests in the second bedroom. The Wi-Fi was solid allowing us to get some work done when needed. The beautiful sounds of the ocean and the picturesque views were amazing. We even had the fortune of spotting a few sea turtles during our walks to the beach. We loved being so close to the beach access and Jeff was a great host. Thank you we hope to visit your place again soon ##### Scott C.
