SAME DAY bookings, please message me before you book to ensure the house is ready. Thank you! New third bath is now ready in the loft!! Our home is located directly on the intracoastal! Enjoy amazing sunsets on the East coast! Fish off the dock or spend a day at our beautiful beach! There's something for everyone at the Crescent Beach House!! Our home is located on the Intracoastal! Bring your toys: Boat, kayaks, jet skis and fishing poles! The boat ramp is just a couple streets down. Due to liability reasons our boat lift and dock is not available to use, for any boats or jet skis. We do have plenty of room in the driveway to park your boat and jet ski. My husband loves the house for the intracoastal and fishing, but I fell in love with Crescent Beach because of the beach! The home is a 6 minute walk to the beach. Crescent Beach is a beautiful stretch of the Florida coast just south of St. Augustine. It gets its name from the natural shape on the coastline. The hard-packed sand lends itself to activities including beach bike rides, walks, frisbee, and volleyball. Crescent Beach is a small community with little commercial development. Wooden decks provide access to the beach across the protected sand dunes. You can also drive on the beach but you must have a 4 wheel drive or you will get stuck. Minimal vehicle beach access is offered at the Crescent Beach Ramp on Cubbedge Road. A nominal access fee for driving on the beach is charged daily from March 1 through August 31, and then only on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday through September. Rules for driving on the beach are clearly posted and are strictly enforced for the safety of beachgoers. What I love most about our home is sunsets! Every night the sky is filled with different colors and sitting on the deck with a glass of wine is just perfect! The mornings are pretty awesome too! Sitting on the deck with cup of coffee watching dolphins (seen daily) manatees, pelicans, egrets and even a family of rabbits living our bushes! The kids will love all our wildlife! We have many great restaurants, ice cream parlor and bakery very close to the house. Historic St Augustine is just a 20 minute drive north, Palm Coast 25 minutes south, Daytona 60 mins South and Disney about 2 hours away. Our home is a 3 bedroom, with huge loft and 3.5 baths. In total the house will sleep 11\. The master bedroom has a king size bed and a separate sitting area that closes off with French doors. The separate sitting area has a Full size futon sofa, with a memory foam topper provided to make it extra comfy, that will sleep one guest or two kids. Master bath has double sinks and a huge walk in shower! The 2 guest bedrooms are downstairs with a Jack and Jill bath. Two sinks, one in each bedroom. King size beds. One of the guest bedrooms has an amazing view of the Intracoastal! Take the spiral staircase up to the third floor, that will bring you to a huge loft, plus full bathroom, with its own deck and another great view of the intracoastal. The loft sleep's 4 guest. There's two twin size beds and a twin size day bed with trundle. This area is great for older kids and there's plenty of board games!! Full disclosure- This home has many stairs. It is a 3 story house. We have no problem with children staying but toddlers or younger will have a hard time with the stairs and dock as well. Entrance to the house is on the second floor. Also the beach access has many stairs, as seen in the pictures. If you bring young children the home will be enter at your own risk, and rental agreement will need to be signed by the parents. Max 2 dogs allowed, no cats, 40 lbs and under with $75.00 pet fee per dog. I want to add, there is no fenced in yard for them and many stairs for them to climb. My senior Labradoodle had a very hard time at the house getting around. Smaller easy to carry dogs work best for the home. The house is also located directly on A1A, a very busy, dangerous road if your pet gets loose. I aslo, HIGHLY recommend getting your pup a life vest for the dock. \*\*For guest staying for long visits, if you would like additional cleaning during your stay, it would be an additional cleaning fee per cleaning. I do leave cleaning supplies and vacuum and mop for my long term guest. My husband and I completely manage and clean our home on our own, no management company. We immediately rebooked for the same week next year. The three levels of the home create a lot of privacy for mixed families like we had. The youngest child we took was 8, and the property was perfect for him. There were lots of toys to use and lots of good fishing. Hands down our new favorite vacation spot! ##### Conner G. We prefer to stay on the intracoastal and this house was the perfect location. It is close to the beautiful beach and our favorite places to eat. We caught numerous fish and saw several sea turtles from the dock We enjoyed watching the boats pass by and the sunsets were breathtaking. The house was very comfortable with lots of extras. My only suggestion would be the addition of a couple of TV's and cable for the bedrooms for when you are trying to wind down for the day. The overall process of renting was smooth. The host/hostess were very detailed, friendly and helpful. Quick communication when there were questions. Everything was very clean and it felt like home away from home. The beach house was spacious and the accommodations were perfect! The pier was great for us all to fish and to watch the dolphins, turtles, manatees and sunsets. The kayaks were there for us to use and were fun! They had extra beach gear and household items to us to use in case we forgot something or needed something. Everything was just perfect for our big blended family! ##### Stephanie E. We just had to watch the little one on the circular stairway! The kids caught fish from the dock, and we all enjoyed the spectacular views, gorgeous sunsets and watching all the boats go by. Aside from being at the beach, it's also close to my hometown, Palatka, and my extended family. Amanda and Wes are great hosts! ##### Rick w. Our kids caught lots of fish off of the home’s pier, the house itself had everything we could have wanted, the beds were comfortable and it was roomy for our family of 4, so we were able to spread out and relax. We were thrilled with the home setup and with the spectacular view from almost every spot in the house. Watched the tidal water with so much wildlife as we sipped our coffee on the deck. The owners were very responsive on the occasions I would reach out. Room for 5 cars to park in a private driveway. Homes within view range from 1-5 million dollars! Spectacular location. Within 5 miles of very secluded beaches and 15 minutes from the tourist areas and beaches. Absolutely well stocked kitchens and baths.
