The management was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay. The white sand beach was gorgeous. It was a great place to relax on the balcony or on the beach. About 25 minutes from St. Augustine- far from the bustle but close enough to urber or lift for dinner and fun in town. Just had an issue with the door lock not working upon checkin, but the host and property manager were on it right away. Overall great stay. ##### lesley B. The property is in less touristy area, so the beach wasn't crowded at all. Right on the water - only 60 steps from the building to the sand! Condo was well furnished and equipped - we didn't need to buy anything for Monday-Friday stay with 4 adults. Handicapped accessible. Has a very nice pool, plus tennis court. Even had 2 gopher tortoises! But PLEASE don't do what a few people did: feed them, touch them or get close to them. Up to a 5,000 fine in Florida. ##### Terry K. I booked the property and got there and NO TVs in any room but living room. When asked about this they said there was nothing they could do. Now that I have been gone for over two weeks they are trying to blame my family for breaking a bench we never sat in and urinating on thier sheets!! My teenagers had that room and I washed all linen so they are going after more money. I WILL NEVER rent from them again!!
