Second-Floor Condo: The condo is located on the second floor and requires a flight of stairs to access the unit.

No Elevator: There is no elevator at the property.

Beach Access: Beach access is nearby and may involve walking on outdoor paths and sandy terrain.

-PARKING & PROPERTY NOTES-

Parking: Once through the gates, continue toward the ocean. You may park anywhere permitted within the property.

Mail & Packages: Guests cannot receive mail or packages at the property. Please contact us if you need an alternate delivery address.


-HOUSE RULES-

•No Smoking: Smoking is prohibited both inside and anywhere on the property. A $3,000 fine will apply for violations, and the reservation will be immediately canceled.

• Primary Renter: The primary renter must be present for the duration of the booking and must be at least 25 years old.

• No Pets: Pets are not permitted.

• Parking Restrictions: Commercial vehicles, trailers, boats, and similar vehicles are not permitted due to HOA and property parking restrictions.

• Late Checkout: A $200 fee applies to any late checkout that has not been approved in advance.

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!


*There is a $500 security hold that is released upon check out.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

Guests cannot receive mail or packages to the property, please reach out and we can coordinate an alternate delivery address, if necessary.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

No smoking in OR on the property. There will be a fine of $3,000 per violation of a house rule and immediate cancellation of reservation.

* No boats, RV`s/campers, conversion vans, jet skis, or trailers may be parked or stored overnight. Vehicles will be towed.
