The Space: Step inside and relax in the inviting living room, where a smart TV, decorative fireplace, comfortable couch, love seat, and armchairs set the stage for cozy evenings filled with movies or board games. The kitchen is both stylish and practical, featuring stainless steel appliances, dark cabinetry, a Keurig k-cup/drip duo coffee maker, counter seating for two, and a kitchen table for four. A separate dining room with seating for six provides the perfect spot for family dinners or celebrations. Make your way outdoors where your own private paradise awaits. Bedroom #2 includes 2 sets of twin-over-twin bunk beds, patio access, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed, a sitting area, and an ensuite bathroom with 2 single vanities, a soaking tub, and a walk-in shower. Bedroom #4 is accessible via its’ own private back entrance and includes a king size bed, a table for 3, two armchairs, a mini fridge, and an ensuite half bathroom with a single vanity. This home also includes an additional bathroom with a single vanity and a shower/tub combo. THINGS TO NOTE: \- Washer and dryer located in the downstairs room \- Driveway parking for 4 vehicles available.
