Guest access
The house is fully available to guests except a locked closet for the owners.

Other things to note
-HOUSE RULES -

• No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the property

• No Pets Allowed

• Parking: The driveway accommodates up to 4 vehicles. Street parking is prohibited

• Please refer to the `house rules` section for all house rules, thanks!

*A $500 security hold is required and released after checkout.*


-POOL-

• Pool heating is available for an additional $50 per day from October 15 through May 15.

• Pool heat is an optional add-on and is charged separately after your booking is confirmed. Please let us know if you would like us to add it to your stay.

• The heat pump operates most effectively when outdoor temperatures are above 55°F. When temperatures approach 40°F or lower, the system may become less efficient or shut down due to frequent icing and defrost cycles. During these conditions, the pool may lose heat faster than the system can replace it.

• If the pool heater experiences a malfunction during your stay and is unable to operate, the pool heating fee will be refunded. No other portion of the booking cost will be refunded.
We understand accidents happen and kindly ask that you please notify us if an item breaks, doesn`t work, or is soiled as soon as it happens. We want to ensure we can replace item(s) as soon as possible for you or the next guest. If items are missing or broken, the guest is responsible for the charge for any item(s).

Primary renter must be present on all bookings.

There will be a $200 fee for any late checkout that is not approved.

If there’s an excess of trash left behind and we need to arrange for its removal, there will be a $100 fee. Thanks for understanding!
