Each bedroom contains a bed that can be configured as either a double or twin singles, depending on guests preferred configuration. The apartment comes with one dedicated parking space for guests to use, located in the rear courtyard. Access is via a shared main entrance just off Market Street. The apartment is located up one flight of stairs and is all on one level, although there is a very small set of steps in the hallway. The living room is situated at the front of the building, commanding an unrivalled view of the market square, and its centrepiece the Whyte-Melville Memorial Fountain. From the hallway, doors lead off to the kitchen, shower room, and three bedrooms.
