On a personal note; Saturday night they have a band I ask if they could set a time that I could propose to my fiance they set it up where we went up sat her down with a cake that said ( will you marry me it will be a time we both will never forget especially my soon to be wife."

"The hotel is bordered by the lake on one side and virgin forest on the other. I took 3 marvelous meals a day and the evening meal had a roaring camp fire. Staff were superb. A boat trip organised by the manager was wonderful, many lake birds, families of monitor lizards and a flock of african grey parrots! Rooms clean, food good, drinks cold, assistance with travel, infact assistance with anything. What more do you want! "

The room we were given was not what we booked. When asked for the room we booked we were shown an incredibly run down version of it in a building that was undergoing repairs so we opted for the room they initially assigned. It costs $50000 UGX to get a ride to town so we felt a bit trapped but I’m sure people accustomed to resorts are used to this. We went on an amazing nature walk that was offered for free, our guide Joseph was very knowledgeable and accommodating, beautiful views and forest,...

The staff were excellent at the reception, house keeping and the serving staff. I enjoyed my 2 weeks stay there, And I recommend it to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable place. The hotel is safe and offers privacy. Now its your turn to try it out! Thank you Ruth and that Eritrean man for your professionalism. Your smiles and warmth 😊 made me feel at home. I hope to see you again next time. Cheers! Kevin H.

Sienna Beach Hotel - Entebbe

This was a haven of rest after a busy trip. The hotel offer free transportation to the mall and the airport. One night there was a noisy event on the beach but it finished at 11pm Staff friendly for the most part. There was an unfortunate incident at the end which occurred because of miscommunication between Expedia and the hotel concerning check out time. Expedia told me 10pm and the hotel wanted to charge me an extra night as they said check out was 11am. I had a previously arranged shuttle...
