"This hotel was AMAZING and I've already booked it again for March 2027 for my next event in Paris. First-time visitor to Paris & just randomly picked this hotel. Firstly, it's in Clichy, which is still close to the Metro but outside the brouhaha of the city. The neighborhood is delightful, walkable, safe... lovely. It's a bit far from CDG (~45m drive) but I'll take it. The hotel itself is lovely and is beautifully maintained. My flight arrived very early, and they let me drop off my luggage, and I stepped out into the city until check-in time. The staff was FANTASTIC and so helpful. My voltage converter didn't quite fit the socket so they gave me one to use. My flip-flops broke post-pool, and they gave me a spa pair to wear for the rest of my stay. The room was small and boutique, but as I was travelling solo, it was perfect for me. It was very clean. The windows open out into the street and you can people-watch any time of the day or night. Breakfast was an inexpensive add-on and was lovely. The gym/pool/sauna/hot tub area was wonderful as well. The only downside to the entire stay (and this is a small thing) is that you have to make a reservation to use the pool/gym 3 hours in advance and must be let in by front desk staff. I missed a much-needed hot tub session one night as I got back too late to reserve, but now I know for next time (and now you do, too!) I can't say enough good things about this place!"

"An excellent 6-night stay! We enjoyed our one bedroom (with a pull-out sofa-bed in the living room area) and were very lucky to have a private balcony overlooking the quiet residential street. (Our room was on one of the upper floors.) The room was very peaceful and quiet-- even with both balcony doors wide open, and the kitchenette was an excellent luxury especially in the morning ! I could make my own coffee, eat a fresh baguette and croissant purchased that very morning from a local bakery (only a few minutes away), while seated on the balcony watching the sunrise warm up the Paris sky. The hotel entrance is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, and it felt very safe and was reasonably lit up at nighttime. The hotel is also very close to public transportation (pro-tip: use the Place du Clichy metro stop because it is less crowded, more convenient for subway line transfers, and less rowdy compared to the Pigalle metro stop). The hotel entrance is via RFID card, and has a video camera system: it felt very safe and secure ! The elevator also requires the RFID room card to access your floor. All of the front staff were very friendly and helpful. They have a fairly large team of receptionists/concierges and I observed that they were all uniformly and consistently welcoming and accommodating. Congratulations on creating a very positive work-place culture ! Thank you for being a Citadines Hotel !!"

"Loved the hotel, staff and location! We stayed for a week, and the "neighborhood" ambience made our stay most enjoyable! Within minutes there are pharmacies (good for travelers' stiff necks), laundry facilities, lovely cafes, Gare St. Lazare, etc. Hotel staff could not have been kinder. Lovely breakfast; cozy lobby to visit in the evenings, etc. Will definitely return and highly recommend."
