"Sheets were stained. No hot water to shower. Called and asked and they stated that die to the hotel being pretty booked, so we would probably have to wait a few hours to shower. Maybe everyone else was showering was what we were told. No microwave, which is a 1st for me. Parking was secured. Im used to 4 pillows on a bed, only 2 provided, so bring your own if tou book here. Didnt have any pets. When we showed up there were quite a few "fees" that were on printed paper that i didnt see on the site. A $5 cash fee to even get your room key, yet when i stayed we didnt have cash and where is an atm, the fee was all of a sudden not important. Also a $25 fee if you did not take key back to the front desk, intead of leaving in room. "

"Front desk was friendly and efficient during check in and checkout. Room was clean and comfortable. Security was walking the parking lot during nighttime to keep gets safe. Overall great. "

"The hotel was in a great location near dining and shopping. It was very clean and comfortable with good water pressure in the shower. Overall a wonderful stay!"

"I booked this location for incoming family from out of state. The room had standing water behind the nightstand as well as mold and dirt. Family members went down to use the hot tub and noticed leaking water from the roof,as well as mold in the area.working now to get a full refund for my family members one night stay.at time of checkout, two other guest complaining of water in their rooms as well. This place is a health hazard do not stay or book here"

"The room was very clean but the air conditioner didn't work. The hot tub jets wouldnt come on and the light in the hot tub was broken. It was very loud at night from the upstairs, but the breakfast was great and staff was very nice. "
