« Hôtel très mignon mais des fenêtres très vieilles. Nous avions l impression qu elles étaient ouvertes tellement nous entendions tout ce qui se passait dans la rue ( un bar de bikers juste en face). Et pas de rideaux. A éviter si la lumière et le bruit vous empêchent de dormir! Sinon deco très sympa! »

« The people at the University Plaza were great. Very pleasant and friendly. The room was not great. It's old and outdated. The bathtub was dirty and stained. It definitely needs to be replaced. There are no USB connections anywhere in the room. The carpet is worn and also in need of replacement. This used to be a great property and was one of the nicer places in Springfield at one time. Those days are in the past unless they upgrade and clean the place up a little. »

« Very quiet, we did not hear any outside noise or traffic. Our room was very nice and we enjoyed the extra room of the studio suite. Breakfast was good, especially liked the spinach and feta cheese pastry and the crock pot of oatmeal. »

« The hotel was extremely clean. The staff was amazing. We have been on the Power Tour for the last week and have to be honest, I’m all the hotels we stayed in to include Hilton’s. This was the best hotel we stayed in. I would highly recommend this hotel. »

« Our room was very clean and quiet. The breakfast buffet which was included with the room had everything anybody could possibly want. The staff did a great job of keeping it the right temperature and refilling any items that ran low. The coffee was delicious!!! All the staff with whom we encountered were very polite and helpful. We really enjoyed our stay! »
