The room is rather bare. Not many amenities are provided as the expectation is you'll be staying for a while, probably bringing your own stuff. Otherwise an enjoyable stay.
Property and room were clean and updated. Bed was great. No ice machines at all. And no hair dryer in bathroom. Also night check in person was super helpful and friendly but daytime person was not customer friendly at all.
Clean room
Pay more for other amenities such as coffee pot, kitchen accessories, but we did not need these and other additions as they had a Tv
Full size frig and stove and baths and bed
We left early for the airport before coffee was available in the lobby
Will definitely return
Room above us was nosy for about 30 min before 10pm
We reported it the next morning as they said they weren’t expecting any construction upstairs
The only issue I found was not with the property directly, there were so many people hanging out smoking the green, which is legal in the state, just not my thing and wished it didn’t smell so strongly at the entrances and some of the neighbors. Otherwise the property and staff were amazing.
It was very quiet and the staff were friendly and very helpful. I enjoyed my stay more than I usually do while traveling.

I would have given 5 stars on most of the selections except for a couple of items. The staff that checked me in was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was spotless but had an odd smell, not from cleaners. The bed was comfortable and I slept well. When I was leaving the room and opened the door a roach ran into the hallway from the edge of the door. When the staff ask how my stay was, I was going to tell them about the roach. During checkout the only question from the staff ask was there only one key. They never ask anything else or said thanks for staying with them. If I'm in the Springfield area again, I would give them another chance.
This was a great room for a traveling couple, but not big enough for a family!.The staff was super helpful and nice, and even let us check in a little early.
The cons: the walls were not very thick and you could hear people walking around and the doors slamming late at night and early in the morning. Our solution to that was to leave the volume on the TV up which I'm sure disturbed other people but allowed us to sleep.
You will probably need to bring your own shampoo and conditioner and body soap.
There is a full size refrigerator but the range is induction so you need induction pans to cook on it.
Overall, I would recommend this hotel for the value
Standard extended stay hotel - not luxurious, but it was clean and well-maintained. Parking was tricky at night due to several trailers and busses taking up multiple spots, but we did find a spot. If you are looking for a basic hotel for an inexpensive price, this is not a bad option.
I enjoyed my stay at Echo Suites Springfield MO. The staff, to include front desk and maid service, go above and beyond to assist with your needs and are always happy and pleasant. The hotel was also exceptionally clean. I will definitely stay at this hotel again when visiting Springfield. They deserve 10 stars.
The only thing that was unpleasant was the walls being so thin. I could hear the next rooms TV, conversations and even their cell phone vibrations as if they were in the same room with me. Everything else(staff, room, amenities etc) was wonderful
Quiet property that smelled new and fresh. Very clean. Great staff. No breakfast- which I don't eat anyway so I wasn't disappointed. I do not feel like paying for something I don't use.
This hotel is close to the airport but there was no airport noise. Close to some restaurants. I enjoyed my stay and will stay again.
Nice room, as advertised and very clean. Unfortunately, it sounded like we were near a race track as very loud cars were driving up and down the area roads from 8pm until 2am. Did not make for a restful sleep to be sure
The rooms were nice but had some noise issues with neighbors and we requesrd to move rooms and were accommodated to another room on another floor. The staff are great. We weren't aware that certain types of pans were needed to use the stovetop and they don't have the kits right now for guests to rent/borrow so we couldn't use the stove. This was unfortunate as that was the whole reason we booked an extended stay. There could be signage as well when you turn in to better identify the front door/lobby.

Liked: Cleanliness
Disliked: Staff & service, amenities
The hotel is brand new, so it is very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, the amenities are extremely disappointing.
There is no ice machine available anywhere in the hotel. The property only has one coffee machine, and it is available only from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM. According to hotel management, the reason is that the coffee machine uses too much electricity—equivalent to four soda machines—which is difficult to understand from a guest’s perspective.
The hotel also features a full kitchen in the rooms, but there are no utensils, cookware, or basic items provided to actually use it.
While the hotel is conveniently located only 10 minutes from the airport, there is no airport shuttle or transportation service. If guests need transportation, the hotel directs them to an outside individual who only accepts cash.
The front desk staff always seem to have excuses instead of solutions. For a new hotel, the guest experience falls far below expectations. Even many budget motels offer better amenities and customer service than this property.
I would not recommend staying here unless significant improvements are made.
