« Pros: Check in & check out was easy. The apartment is right on a bus route to the National Mall/Smithsonian Museums, a 15 minute walk to the metro, 10 minute walk to a supermarket, and it's practically nextdoor to a restaurant. The location felt safe. The price was good. The kitchen came equipped with essentials. The on-site laundry wasn't overpriced (pro tip: bring quarters for laundry, it's coin-op.) The host provided linens, towels, and toiletries (and the towels were super soft & fluffy!)...

« The overall stay was nice, check in information was not listed but once I reached out to owner they were quick to respond. The only few complaints I have is that 1) there was a fire alarm that I believe had low battery so it was beeping frequently which was a little annoying 2) the room next to the kitchen was filled with storage boxes and other things that wasn’t picture - a lot of the pictures featured I would say are a little outdated and not as accurate 3) the kitchen light switch didn’t...

« We had such a great experience at this stay. From how communicative the host is to feasibility of check in/out, the stay was stress free and accommodating. The host provided concise instructions, great hospitality and timely responses to questions which made this trip that more enjoyable. "La chambre a été bien nettoyée un jour sur deux. Les dames de chambre ont malencontreusement emporté deux pyjamas et une écharpe avec le linge, l’hôtel a été capable de nous retrouver un pyjama seulement. Nous avons réclamé tous les jours sur notre séjour de six jours. Et c’est seulement le dernier jour qu’ils nous ont indiqué que nous devions faire une déclaration à la police si nous voulions demander le remboursement des affaires perdues par leur soin ! Et autre problème : Un matin, l’eau de la salle de bain était marron pendant 30 minutes. L’hôtel a indiqué que l’eau était coupée la nuit, donc c’est normal."
