"We had a really nice stay overall at our cabin in Prescott. The cabin itself was clean, cozy, and matched the listing well. Everything inside was comfortable and well kept, and the location made it easy to enjoy the area.The only downside was that it wasn’t quite as private or secluded as we had expected from the description and photos. We were hoping for a little more distance from neighbors and a more tucked-away feel. That said, everything else met our expectations and we still had a great experience.If you’re looking for a comfortable cabin stay with good amenities and a nice atmosphere, this is still a solid choice."

"The room was very large and comfortable, however it was dated and it needed painting and repairs. A picture was missing from the wall with a nail left. Breakfast was ok. except for a banana nut bread they serve every morning that is excellent!! Also, they have a coffee machine that makes the specialty coffees."

"It was a very nice Mothers Day weekend for my wife and I. We were given a 2FL room facing east with gorgeous sunrise views from the balcony. The room was quiet, clean, and with a comfortable bed. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is easy to get to. Breakfast was great. We are very glad we choose Forest Villas for our stay."

"Cool, but pretty noisy"

"Place has the necessities. There isn’t a lot of room For more that one group to use the jacuzzi, the tv in the room kept going to ‘no signal’ and when working, the local channels never worked. Breakfast was ok, there could be more hot fresh food options. The bathroom was small and the curtain rod was coming off of the wall and the beds easily moved exposing the metal bed frames. It wasn’t a great stay but wasn’t horrible."

"It was a cute place but it felt a little dirt. Frig and freezer dirty, tables and counter sticky and the shower walls were stained. I thought fromPics it would be more in woods but was just up the hold side right off 69 so you could hear traffic and the road and parking were very difficult. You had to back down out of parking off a gravel road and driveway with drop offs so a little nerve wrecking. The bed was comfy and nice breezes but not much of a yard for dog to run and the all wood counter and bathroom sink area felt unclean and not sanitary. It was ok just not as comfy and clean as I would have hoped for and to top it off no coffee for machine in AM. Just overall disappointing and then I had had to leave a day early bc of things back in valley but was ok since things really were not what I expected and desired for my get away. Hostess seemed ok but never heard from her except via text in app "

"The room had the standard thru the wall air condtiioner smell. Breakfast was ok. They have a pancake machine which was a nice change from waffles. Some noise from the road but it was to be expected since facing the highway."
