"The location of the Vila is spectacular. The surrounding hills sprinkled with well groomed vineyards are breathtaking. If one pays attention can observe Roe deer and red foxes running around. The rooms are tastefully furnished and clean. Unfortunately the term "Villa" is deceiving as the rooms have no connection to the living area or the kitchen. To access those areas you have to use outdoor stairs. The layout is closer to a motel with separate entrance to rooms. As for a winter destination it...

"The golf course was beautiful, the starter was excellent, and the rooms and building were fabulous. No complaints at all about the facilities — they are truly first class. Unfortunately, our experience was ruined by the poor attitude of the staff in the restaurant, and in particular, the receptionist (Narcissa). At checkout, she belittled us when we asked for a company receipt and even accused us of lying about owning a Canadian company. Our company is fully registered and provides support to cancer patients worldwide. Her behavior was hostile, unprofessional, and completely out of place in an establishment of this caliber. As a Romanian, I was ashamed by the impression this created for my family and horrified that guests could be treated this way. We had been planning to return with friends to enjoy the golf, but after this experience, we are reconsidering. Management should urgently address this issue if they want to maintain the reputation of what is otherwise a wonderful property"
