« The baseboard heat in the room was not working, making for a chilly night. The management provided a space heater and that kept the room comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent! And the location is perfect for exploring Staunton. There are rather staff were all very attentive.
There are rather a lot of steps to climb to get from the parking area to the rooms. And the bed, while quite comfortable, was very high making getting in and out challenging for my 88 year old wife. »

« What a magical stay! Location was absolutely perfect - far enough away from downtown Staunton that you can appreciate the beauty of the surrounding nature, but also be close enough to the many shops and restaurants. Bill was a delight to talk to during breakfast, very knowledgeable of the history of the area. Absolutely would recommend for both families and couples. »

« We pulled in at 5pm and were promptly greeted by Bill (Judie's husband). He checked us in and gave us a brief tour of the building and the farm. Our room was spacious and well appointed, and the bathroom with the slipper claw foot tub was very nice. It was modern but maintained much of the character we appreciate. Breakfast was excellent, and included an impromptu lesson from Bill on (re)construction of the premises. Unfortunately Judie was under the weather, so we didn't get a chance to meet...
