« I had booked my room several months in advance, but when I asked the hotel if it was possible to move my stay to the following night, they refused because I hadn’t chosen a flexible or refundable rate. A small gesture of goodwill would have been appreciated, but apparently that’s not part of the hotel’s policy. « The staff was super nice, but the room was not clean at all and was infested with roaches. We left and let the front desk know. The girl gave me an email address to send pictures to and get a refund, but I have yet to hear from the manager regarding this issue. »

« This was my first time staying at the Comfort Inn & Suite in Pottstown, PA. And it wouldn't be my last. I like the professional & courteous staff. The whole hotel inside & outside was very clean. My room was large, the bathroom was nice and clean, very spacious. I had a kitchen which I didn't used, that was clean as well. I will be staying there again. So, all in all if you're going to stay for a weekend or a week. I recommend the Comfort Inn & Suite in Pottstown, PA. »
