"I have never stayed anywhere that offered so little. No hairdryer, no coffee pot, no hand towels, no ice, and no maid service the entire week we were there. If you want towels, you have to take your dirty ones to the front desk and swap them out. Came back one afternoon and I had to take the stairs to my 4th floor room because the elevator was out. If you are looking for just a place to sleep then here it is. If you want anything else stay elsewhere. "

"While it provided a decent enough shelter for an overnight stay, it is not recommended if you can help it. The condition of this place is deporable. The actual building is in need of repair. Missing ceiling tiles, exposed ventilation, musty room smells. Though we were able to change rooms at request, there was still stained furniture and long hairs in the shower of the new room. It is conveniently located if you are there for LU ceremonies, but the hwy noise pollution is a bit much overnight. Also, very limited options for breakfast. Good luck!!"

"I had to wait 20 minutes to check-in at 4pm and there was only 1 person in front checking in. Appears like they only had 1 person there."
