Perfect place for our holiday

We (10 persons) enjoyed our stay so much. Especially the large garden with great pool and well equipped outdoor kitchen. We used the pizza oven and made perfect italian pizzas :-) The stunning view and nice shadow during daytime was lovely too. The owner was very kind and helpfull.

Perfekter Urlaub!

Historisches Haus und phantastisch angelegter großer Garten auf mehreren Ebenen mit vielen Sitzplätzen, die zum Verweilen einluden. Ein gepflegter großer Pool , eine großzügige Außenküche, ein Pizzaofen im Freien , ein Beachvolleyballfeld und dieser herrliche Blick in die Ferne machten die Tage perfekt. Frühstück auf der Terrasse am Haus, Mittagessen am Pool und Abendessen bei leichtem Wind an einem herrlich großen Tisch trugen zu einem großen Wohlbefinden bei und machten den Aufenthalt zu einem unvergesslichem Erlebnis. Natürlich ist auch bei der sehr großzügigen Innenausstattung des Hauses an alles gedacht. Alles in Allem ein Volltreffer!

Fantastico posto per trovare pace e tranquillità

Ho soggiornato nella proprietà con un gruppo di amici. Eravamo alla ricerca di un posto con un po' di verde e con una piscina, che non costasse molto e, basandoci sulle foto, ci è sembrato l'ideale. Quando siamo arrivati il proprietario ci ha accolto, facendoci fare un ottimo giro della casa e del giardino, spiegandoci tutto nel dettaglio (è stato molto disponibile anche durante la permanenza per alcuni dubbi). Mentre ci mostrava la parte esterna, io e i miei amici ci siamo accorti che le foto non rendono l'idea. Gli spazi sono tanti e ben curati. Ci sono moltissime luci ben posizionate (anche in piscina). C'è un campo da Beach Volley (con luce per la notte e doccia). C'è una cucina all'aperto vicino alla piscina, con tanto di fornelli e lavandino che, tra l'altro, è vicino a una sorta di depandance con bagno, frigorifero e alcuni oggetti utili. Infine, impagabile la vista, in fondo alla parte esterna, molto suggestiva soprattutto la notte. È stata una piacevole sorpresa, siamo stati molto bene.

Magnifica casa con tutti i comfort

Posto immerso nel verde appena fuori Spoleto, è l’ideale per poter trascorrere una vacanza in completo relax. La casa è dotata di molti comfort ed è davvero un piacere anche solo trascorrere delle giornate intere tra piscina e beach volley senza dover per forza girare i bellissimi paesi a una mezz’ora di macchina. Agenzia e proprietà gentili e disponibili.
