"I've stayed a few hotels in Pescara (and around the world)... this one was good enough. Clean, good air conditioning heating. Breakfast was convenient, though not the best options for hot food. Once eggs go out at beginning, they never refresh, so you better get there early if you want warm breakfast otherwise eggs go stale fast"

"If you’re going to Pescara, this is the place to stay! Beautiful, clean, modern apartment with a prime location and gorgeous building and private tree grove. We stayed with our two young kids and the walk to the beach was a breeze, as was everything else. The rooms are well-appointed and modern; no weird old building “quirks” here. And communicating with our hosts was easy and pleasant; they even brought us a surprise platter of croissants one morning! We wished we had more time in Pescara, in large part because the apartment was so fabulous. Sipping prosecco on the balcony while our kids enjoyed the private forest after a fun day at the beach? Literally the stuff of dreams. Book it! You won’t regret it. "

The location was excellent, with Nikki Beach nearby and a stunning rooftop bar overlooking the water. Luciano was an exceptional host—kind, knowledgeable, and fluent in multiple languages including excellent English. He went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even checking in on us after we left. Highly recommend!"
