"Our trip around Sardinia was otherwise perfect until we encountered the blonde woman at the reception desk who spoke Russian. I must say, I have rarely felt so mistreated. Her behavior was unprofessional and immature, and she urgently needs training in customer service and proper communication.
It's unfortunate that one person can so negatively impact the overall atmosphere of a hotel. I would think twice before staying here again if this is the kind of treatment to expect."
"You would think that a hotel of this caliber would be incredible in every way. Sadly, this is not true. The location, setting and architecture are stunning and on point. However, the decor (at least in the rooms vs villas) is very old school and without modern enhancements. I didn't love or appreciate this aspect of the hotel. "Beautiful hotel with spectacular view of the ocean. Staff were very helpful and kind. Room was spacious and very clean. There is plenty of food places around the area. Never had problems finding parking. We will definitely come back, grazie mille!"
