Staff was very pleasant. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. However the pillows were a little too soft for our necks we woke up in neck pain. Otherwise everything else was good.

Came to visit family! Front desk staff was kind quick and so helpful! Breakfast was good. Pool was awesome too! Room was super clean and so nice! Great layout!

My stay was very nice. The price was high considering it's located in a small rural community, but since I felt safe and had no real issues I will recommend this property.

A washcloth used by a former customer was left in the bathroom. The noise level was louder than expected for a new structure in the room as well as the lobby. The main lobby was an echo chamber as there was nothing to absorb the sounds of voices, footfalls, laughter, etc.

This is our go to place to stay when visiting the area. Staff is great as always. Only complaint this time was that our room (414) was filthy. Like we had to wear flip flops in the shower because there was black scum everywhere. It clearly hadn't been cleaned in months.

Me and my mother and aunt came in to stay a couple of days due to a family members funeral. We had other family members come to meet us and visit some stage some did not. The hotel staff was very caring and understanding and went out of their way to make sure that we were good and had plenty of coffee and breakfast even after the breakfast area was to close due to us visiting in the lobby. They accommodated us on a late check out due to relative stopping by to see us before we headed back to Oklahoma. I will definitely stay again when in the area. The staff at the spencer Holiday Inn was some of the very best staff I have ever encounter at a Holiday Inn.

During a very difficult time, my husband and I knew we had nothing to worry about regarding our stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and secure. Amenities were available as promoted. It was an oasis when we needed it!

It was very clean, rooms were equipped with pandemic-friendly toiletries and waste cans, etc. We didn't know in advance there was an additional fee for pets in the amount of $35 per night, so that was a surprise when we arrived to check in. They had a very nice area and waste bags equipped to handle the dog area. Staff was polite, knowledgable and helpful.
