"Les serviettes sont tachées et déchirées, la tété ne fonctionnait pas et ils ne s’en sont pas occupés sauf le dernier jour ou à notre demande, ils nous ont fournis une nouvelle télécommande, les équipements de salle de bais brisés, un gros insecte écrasé."
