### Retro Time Capsule from the 1980\`s, Mini split AC

Step back in time at this one-bedroom apartment on North 27th Street—an authentic throwback to the 1980s.   
  
Relax in the living room with the record player, flip through a vintage TIME magazine, and enjoy a space that feels like a cozy movie set from 1985.  
  
Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Spearfish, this one-of-a-kind stay blends retro charm with modern comfort. Perfect for guests who want a memorable stay that’s totally tubular.  
  
Welcome to our space.   
  
This time capsule has everything you need to have a relaxing enjoyable stay in Spearfish SD while also feeling like you\`re on a movie set from the 1980s. We hope you love the retro vibes as much as we do!   
  
Entrance:  
Either the garage or the front door. Both require several stairs to get into the property. Once inside there are no stairs.   
  
Bedroom:   
King size bed with a half bathroom  
  
Kitchen: Retro appliances, dishes, tupperware. If this doesn\`t bring back your childhood then you are way younger then us. lol   
  
Living room:   
Everything from doylies to a real authentic 1970\`s state of the art record player and microphone. This was the bragging rights of a 92\` tv back in the day. We left a few of our 1980\`s magazines and records out for your enjoyment.   
  
Parking: Garage and driveway. Private driveway for your unit.   
  
Exterior: This is an up/down duplex with a renter in the basement apartment. They have their own entrance and driveway. Please be kind to them when at the property.  
  
You will have access to the entire apartment, garage, and yard on the east side of the property. The basement apartment is lower, faces the west, and has its own driveway to a different street. Please respect their privacy.  
  
We’re available to help from 7 AM to 10 PM every day via call, text, or message. After hours, we switch to emergency-only mode, phone calls only, please. And fair warning: I’m a heavy sleeper, so you might need to call twice to wake me up! 😴📞  
House Rules  
  
As a Superhost, we aim to make your stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Our mission is to help our guests create beautiful memories in our cozy home while keeping the property safe and in good condition for the owner.   
  
Smoking:  
No Smoking or aerosolized substance of any kind is allowed on the property. If you are caught violating this rule within 50\` of the structure a minimum of $250 fine will be charged and the guest will be liable for the total smoke mitigation charges that a professional company charges.   
  
Pets:   
We are pet-friendly at this house. However, there is a $75 pet fee, and any additional cleaning or damage will be charged to the guest.   
  
Quiet Hours:  
Please respect the neighborhood and keep noise under a normal conversation in volume after 9 pm and before 8 am.   
  
General Damages:  
Please let us know immediately if something is malfunctioning so it can be rectified. All damages or missing items occurring during your stay will need to be paid for by you before departure. Cleaners check for damage and any missing items after each stay. Any damages or missing items can and will be billed to the guest.  
  
Fire Prevention and Safety:  
Please do not leave any electrical appliances switched on when they are not in use, or when you are leaving for the day. This includes space heaters, air conditioners, fans, hair curlers/straighteners, and  
portable device chargers.  
  
Other:  
The space you are booking is for up to 3 people. More people may be allowed in the home ONLY with permission before arrival, but not recommended.   
No one is allowed in the home not already specified in the booking and approved by the host before starting the stay.  
  
Consumables:  
We may leave consumables such as coffee and small snacks for you to enjoy. We try our very best to ensure that it is not expired or stale. However, ultimately, it is up to the guests\` discretion and inspection to consume these items if they wish. The host does not take any responsibility for the consumables.  
  
Parties:   
If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, guests will be responsible for any extra cleaning charges, and Guests will be asked to vacate immediately.   
  
Crime and Drugs:  
If guests are suspected of breaking laws or storing/selling/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and guests will be asked to leave immediately.   
  
Cleaning:   
Please take the trash out to the outdoor garbage can, and wash your dishes. We will handle everything else we handle it however, if your party leaves the property in poor condition at the sole discretion of Jackie, we may charge additional cleaning fees. This is based on the average condition that a guest leaves the property.   
  
Your cleaning fee covers the cost to disinfect the property between guests, laundry wash/dry/placement, staging the property as it was, cleaning bathrooms, floors, hard surfaces, etc. It does NOT cover anything else, such as mud outside of the entry way, food spills, damage to the property, damaged or stained linens, furniture damage, gouges in flooring, broken items, or anything requiring excessive cleaning. This house should only require 6 hours of cleaning between guests. If it takes longer after your stay, you agree to be charged for the additional time.   
  
Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community, not a hotel, please be respectful of the property.
