always clean Our suite was very roomy with plenty of space even with only one bathroom which was very large as well. Only suggestion is there was only one hook between the entire two rooms and the bathroom. Needs to have more hooks on the walls and in the bathroom"

We had our own car for getting around but all the venues were at that part of Reno Will be staying there next yr. My husband loved the shower and breakfast. "The property is deceptive. It looks plain on the outside, but the rooms are new. Big flatscreen TV very clean. The bed is very comfortable and you get a great massage from the shower which has an adjustable head. Plus, you can walk out the back of the hotel and right onto the walking loop around the lake. This is a little gem. "

"The staff was so wonderful and accommodating. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. The make your own waffles station was fantastic. Sharol, the property manager provided great customer service over the phone where she checked me in before we got to the property and provided extra tips for our stay. The pool was fun for the kids but not warm enough unfortunately (just my opinion). Beautiful hotel overall that exceeded my expectations. "
