« Room and everywhere in the building was great. Staff were great. Chose this hotel over others in the area because it had a functioning pool and hottub, but the pool was very cold and the hottub had a lot of scunge build up floating around. So much that we didn't feel like getting in, so that was disappointing. Also, we found a pill in our bathroom and a different one on the floor outside the bathroom which made me wonder how much cleaning is done between guests, and that's really scary if...

« The room was great. The bed was good. The pillows were way too fat for me so I couldn't sleep with their pillows. The mini fridge was not cold enough and there was no freezer part so that was frustrating. The pool and hot tub had no heat so I didn't use them though I booked this stay specifically to use them. The front automatic door was inoperable and I had to assist an elderly man in walking into the building while the front desk person just stood there. I would stay here again but I sure...

« The parking was well lit. Lots of choices with the breakfast. »

« The office chair was broken one of the wheels was missing and had dried paint on the chair. The shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall on both sides. »

« No fan in bathroom, light above sink didn’t work, towel rack above toilet fell into toilet holding one of our towels rooms are not quiet 5 boys played ball outside the entrance at 9pm loudly. For about 30 minutes. I could hear the neighbors tv well enough to understand it. Eggs were different. Maybe instant. Grandkids loved the waffles. Parking close. Trolley to transport luggage. Very helpful. »

« Clean room and nice staff »

« The breakfast was mostly nice. The parking was good. When a large group of very noisy people came into the room next to us at 11 PM. The staff responded well when we asked for them to do something about the noise. Our only problems were that the hot tub was closed, there was not extra toilet paper in the bathroom and the shampoo in the shower was completely empty. Other than that, the room was nice and our stay was good. »

« A disappointing Marriott property. My shower didn’t work, the handset on my landline phone didn’t work, sat at a counter for 10 minutes waiting to order breakfast and finally left. My room faced the street and was noisy. The air conditioner faced the bed and woke me up. This is just another beat up airport hotel, I wouldn’t stay here again »

« Best bang for buck in TriCities. Nice rooms, a little aged, but clean and quiet! A billing mistake was quickly corrected, and staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was hot and fresh! »
