Sadly, there were no clean towels available, and we had to wait about 30 minutes to get some, even after asking two different staff members. So overall, a bit of a mixed experience. The room was comfortable, and the staff was always smiling and pleasant, but there were a few inconveniences that made the stay less enjoyable than expected."
