« I am handicapped and asked the front desk manager if I could have a ground floor room he said no very hard for me to climb the stairs. If I would’ve known, they did not have an elevator. I would’ve not stayed there. The step was great there was no breakfast and they have an indoor pool and my kids swim. »

« This was a good, easy stop unexpectedly after the Colorado wildfires meant a detour in our trip itinerary. It’s a well maintained building, very neat, looks to have newer renovations, and very comfortable beds. The only concern was our bathroom appeared to have had a leak from above at some point. Maybe replace the tub and get some new ceiling tiles. You can tell they tried to fix it. Other than that, we were pleased with our stay and the accommodations. »

« We stay at this particular hotel a lot when visiting family. We normally have no complaints. But our toilet seat was broken and not easy to go to the bathroom on, to be honest. We reported it to the front desk and was told the maintenance person was off till the following day. But the seat was never fixed. We were there for 3 days. We also only had one towel a piece for 3 days and no new towels were provided. I feel like if we are there more than a day or longer, we should be provided fresh...

« Hotel is horrible. First room they put me in hadn't been cleaned and appeared someone was already using the room. Manager apologized and gave me another room. It was late, so not worth complaining anymore but new room wasn't very clean, tub and sink were broken, TV was unplugged and didn't work, AC worked on and off. The property is horrible and not taken care of. Pool was an accident waiting to happen, no water in the pool, trash in the pool, gate wide open for a child to fall in pool. Not a...
