« The jacuzzi jetted tub turn nob was broken the jet leverage turn nob was stuck so I could only use one settings of jets the jacuzzi is warm but not hot and the jets do not work I found a moldy pillow with no resolution disappointed is an understatement I'm just glad I didn't get sick »

« A simple hotel with good beds & everything working & pleasant. Clean & well run; prompt housekeeping (touch ups each morning). Great staff who were friendly and helpful with our large family group occupying 8 rooms. A short walk (without crossing roads) to eating spots, nail salon, & a nice grocery store in the same complex. »

« The room was very nice as was the building. Breakfast was very good including the toppings for "make your own Belgian waffle", French toast sticks, hot cooked oatmeal. Definitely pet friendly but didn't know i was going to be charged at checkout $75 for my dog by the hotel separate from what I paid to Expedia for the room. The dog fee was supposed to be waived since I went thru Expedia to book the one nite only room. Also I book with Expedia for $105, non-refundable then saw the same room with...

« Went through Expedia that charged me $166 and the property charged a room rate with them for $256 on top of $166 I already paid and that wasn't for incidentals that was $100 separate which understand. The staff said they took care of it but it seems as though the re fund is going to take a few days... »
