« Place was clean and convenient to go to Riverbend for a concert. We were traveling with friends and was very disappointed that there were no darts for the dart board and the basketball game was not working- the game room was part of the reason we booked this site. »

The driveway will scrape your cars bumper because the step angle and the back door to the stairs before going out wont shut completely unless deadbolted. A gas leak was reported but no call from landlord when asked when my dogs were still in there. »

The walk along the Ohio River was fantastic, and the town of Bellevue is walkable, with a lot to see and do. The property is charming and just a short walk to restaurants and other amenities. »

When reaching out to the host, we were told that they needed to update me on the issues and they were canceling my stay. « All pictures are accurate! Host replied to me fast both pre & post stay. A/C was on upon arrival so we were thankful for that! Upstairs is noticeably warmer but there are both ceiling fans & a box fan in each bedroom. I recommend this place & would stay again! »

« I travel for work and enjoy staying in Seth's properties. The beds are always the most comfortable, I sleep better then at home. I love that I can bring my doggos and the people that live in the building are super nice. I'm stayin again next week! I bring King size sheets with me to throw over furniture so there's no dog fur or dirt getting on it. »
