I just dont come back. There were some issues that could have caused injuries. The right rail on the porch is so loose my friend almost fell, the driveway was useless to us because those bricks you have on the side of them are loose and really don't give you room to get out the car. FYI the both of us are over 60\. Im enclosing pictures. That chair in the living room was absolutely filthy and so was the sofa we brought a blanket to spread over it. The blinds needs replacing the walls were dirty and the house had really stench. The bathroom garbage can still had garbage from your previous guest. The beds were VERY comfortable. Upon the entry home very dated couch was dirty(12 year old boy didn’t even want to sit down), the step on the stairs felt as if was collapsing. Calking around baseboards was yellow dingy back door didn’t seem secured with minimal locks. Seth provided very detailed instructions for check-in and out and was quick to respond to messages. My friend and I both have small babies and were able to use the house as a clean home base to come back and rest after our activities for the day. Great communication with property manager. Needed to ask the property manager a question and received a quick response. Property manager was very accommodating. Plenty of parking at property with an effortless check in. Home was clean and had everything that we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we slept well during our stay. The property was just perfect for our family of 4\. We loved that we were close to the attractions we wanted to visit (The Creation Museum and the Ark Encounter) and we even had an impromptu Buc-ee’s trip and a lovely visit to Dayton’s Aullwood Nature Center to go “Troll Hunting.” We appreciated the cozy lodging, cimfy beds, and that we were so close to so many fun family activities. We also appreciated that the house was pet-friendly. We brought our small furbaby with us and it made all the difference in the world that we had him to come home to after our days adventing. When we were home in the evenings, the wifi made it possible for us and our boys to enjoy one of our favorite family pastimes of playing Minecraft on our family world.
