« The kitchen had almost everything I needed including a tiny dishwasher. The few items that were missing were quickly replaced when I asked at the desk. The room had a lot of space and we didn’t hear other people thru the walls. Staff are all helpful and friendly. The beds are also remarkably comfortable and I typically do not sleep well in hotel beds. »

Reported the issue to the front desk in the morning and she said she would have the manager contact me she did and said she would refund me and said she had pest control check and found no signs of bed bugs. « The facility started by acknowledging that they charge a resort fee only to raise the cost up outside of Expedia. Then three days I did not even see housekeeping in the halls. I was told they haven’t been showing up. « I would not stay here again. While the hotel advertises itself as the oldest hotel in Juneau, its age really shows, and the property is in serious need of refurbishment and updating. the headboards and phone had a thick layer of dust! One of the biggest issues was the noise. The bar downstairs played extremely loud music until 1:00 a.m. every night, and even noise-canceling headphones did not block it out.
