"The hotel was amazing. Rooms were good, and the view of the cricket was amazing. Enjoyed sitting on comfortable chairs on the balcony. The restaurant service was excellent, and the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming. Good bar. Definitely will go again."

"Excellent for overnight or short stay. Room heating not very efficient,just warm enough with it up to maximum. Breakfast would be better if staggered times were given as a lot of people arrived at once! Large families tended to be at the tables for ages. Noisy with children and perhaps a designated family and children’s dining area would be helpful."

"Loved the cruise themed rooms. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. Quick Uber trip to train station so perfect for exploring the wider area. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were great and appreciated that it included brunch hours as well. We will stay here again."

"I stayed here because we went to the theatre that was 10 minutes walk away. Close to Southampton shopping area. The hotel was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. We had breakfast which was very good. Would definitely stay here again."
