"It is a very confusing layout and the hallways are a literal maze. I booked a queen room and it was a double bed. It was clean, thankfully, but I would not stay here again. The front desk staff were fine but did not explain anything about amenities or no mention of breakfast options that were mentioned in the initial booking. When I called to ask if there was toothpaste available the woman seemed confused that would be an inquiry (which I feel like is a pretty normal thing). Just an all around weird situation. "

"Notre chambre était correcte mais à notre arrivée il faisait 48F le chauffage n'ayant pas déjà été augmenté. De plus Il y avait beaucoup de bruit aux alentours de cette chambre alors qu'il y avait beaucoup d'autres chambres disponibles. Il a neigé en fin de journée et le lendemain matin. le stationnement n'était pas déneigé. Suggestions: Mettre le chauffage avant l'arrivée des usagers et ajouter des tapis à l'intérieur à l'entrée des chambres afin de pouvoir essuyer nos chaussures sans faire de saletés. En hiver, ce motel devrait être fermé pour la saison."
