I liked that it hada balcony and can sit out there if you like. Only thing is ice machine didnt work. Everything else was great.

First of all there are burns and rips on the blankets and sheets as soon as we woke up we took the sheets off and realized we were sleeping on a sheet full of dead roaches and bugs it was disgusting the bed is also very loud any little movements makes loud noises I do not recommend this hotel at all please stay away trust me when I say you get what you pay for

Horrible room conditions. Chairs were dirty and had cigarette burns. Bed comforter was torn and had white stains. Room was full of insects. Please don't stay here.

did not get my deposit back because bed sheet got dirty. two little stains that could and should be washed. front counter short guy said it wont get washed so they kept the deposit.

Loud party until after 1am out by pool area. . Room was clean, but AC was leaking on the floor. Property is old but decent. Beds were 4/10 comfortable with lots of box spring noise.

Our stay was great last weekend, had to come back, our hotel experience was amazing. Staff was friendly and courteous,very knowledgeable from surroundings and events going on. Room was extremely cleaned smelled very nice, beds were comfortable, pool area clean , hotel offers bbq are and fishing dock, overall a wonderful experience .highly recommend it

Staff was rude. Did not have any towels in the room and when I requested them they said I already did. When I told them I didn’t they told me they would send them to the room and they never did. I had to go to the office again and obtain them. When I went to exchange them they told me they no longer had any. There were cockroaches in the room and the restroom door was damaged and didn’t even close properly

From the check in til the check out staff was very friendly and knowledgeable with surrounding places. Room was clean and smelled very nice. Enough towels were found in room, bed was comfortable. Pool area was clean. No problems did i encountered. Overall it was an amazing experience. Highly recommend casa bella

Room had a bad smell like old closet and small roaches on walls and in the bathroom . Also bed mattress was horrible and obviously old . The matter was brought up to the front desk clerk but only excuse we got was they had sprayed for pesticides already .

The room we ended up with was pretty big and I did like the size of it. The only thing that sucked was the fact that we couldn’t sleep.. We had to call front desk to ask for a fan at 1 in the morning because the room felt so hot and humid. Also the fact that we couldn’t use the pool at night since it was close til 11am.

It’s insanely dirty everywhere, broken poolside chair, brown jacuzzi, unsupervised, unruly children filled pool, children in underwear, Pool was being cleaned in the morning like other paces do. A man was run over and injured in the parking lot. Insanely old music and people hanging outside their doors with glass bottles. Not safe at all.

I didn’t like that the ice machine doesn’t work. Most of the locks to the hotel room doors dont work(unsafe). Won’t give you an extra parking permit even if you order a two bedroom. The only thing I like about this place is the fishing pier they have.

We can BBQ on the premises. Attached pier for fishing. Convenient back door (on first floor) that leads to the pool area.

I didn’t understand why I was charged a parking pass fee and paid for a bracelet though I’m registered to the room so they definitely look to skimp people for their money it looked as if people lived there stairways was cautioned off but staff gave no trouble nice people they wanted money lol I had so they wasn’t rude but definitely do not recommend this hotel
