Come enjoy the incredible views that await you from every window in this oceanfront condo! The great room and master bedroom feature a wall of windows and sliding glass doors that lead out to the 26 foot balcony. Here you will enjoy watching the Gulf of Mexico and the beautiful sunrises that await you daily! The balcony is the perfect place to start your day with a freshly brewed cup of coffee or to relax with a margarita at the end of a day on the beach!

This condo is an end unit providing you with more privacy and windows for enjoying the incredible oceanfront views! The beautiful completely renovated condo features ocean blue décor throughout the condo makes you feel like you are on the beach even when you are inside your vacation home. The great room features a queen size sleepr sofa & plenty of new modern furnishings. You will enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf from the comforts of the sofa while you enjoy the SMART TV with HBO! Wireless internet is provided. Wireless internet is provided.

While preparing your daily meals in the fully equipped kitchen you will be able to enjoy the breathtaking views of the ocean out the great room's wall of windows! There is seating at the kitchen bar for a quick bite to eat and then seating for 6 at the dining room table. For a perfect start of your day, the condo features a regular cofee maker.

There are two bedrooms and two baths in the condo. If you choose to lounge in bed for a late relaxing morning you will enjoy watching the ocean out of every window in the master suite which features a king size bed and a private bathroom. There is a brand new Memory Foam Mattress on the King size bed for a perfect night's sleep. The guest bedroom features two full size memory foam matresses and it has direct access to the hall bathroom. Both bedrooms come with TVs.

After a fun day on the beach, you can relax in the evening and enjoy the beach and Gulf from your front balcony! The views can't be beat at this South Padre Island Condo. Seabreeze 1 Condominiums have beautifully landscaped grounds with a heated pool and hot tub for your enjoyment! Please come enjoy all that South Padre Island has to offer in this fantastic oceanfront condo. This is the perfect time of year to visit the island!

Everything was great except the elevator went out several times, once with my granddaughter in it! And we had to walk 3 floors. Also the fire alarms went off several times. But the condo, pool, and hot tub were great!

Wonderful stay. The condo exceeded expectations and the administration was friendly and available when we needed it. The beach at which the condo is located was perfect, clean, quite. Things not mentioned on the listing:- condo has beach chairs , small coolers and beach towels for use. This was great. At the beach there are umbrellas for rent by independent business.-all appliances and cookware seemed new at this time, found everything we needed for cooking and baking.-washing machine liquid detergent is not provided. -paper towels for the kitchen not provided-car parking is assigned, when arriving look for the condo number at the parking spot. We look forward to return, overall it was a great experience and value for the money.

Perfect family beach condo!

This condo was perfect for our family of four’s trip to the beach! Beautiful balcony view, on the beach, and a beautiful pool! The condo was so clean and well supplied and had everything we needed for a great stay!! We will definitely come back!

quiet getaway

It was nice. Beautiful view from the balcony. An older property and no lobby area. Elevator is up 6 stairs. You must take your bags, groceries etc up the stairs to get to the elevator/carts. There was apparently a ramp at the end of the property but not helpful for elderly or handicap visitors. The walkways to the beach were under water due to rain so had to walk over to the public access which is not easy to navigate. The office was under construction when we were there so no place to even walk inside to check in. It was fine but I will choose a different property next time.

Lovely Condo!

The condo is very pretty; the description of space and amenities are accurate. The condo is very spacious and decorated extremely well. The condo also had lots of extra items to make our trip to the beach so easy — chairs, umbrella, towels, sunscreen, etc. Toiletries were not provided; however. Washer and dryer are also accessible which is extremely helpful. Biggest perk of this condo is the view. It is just as pictured…gorgeous! I will willingly stay here again if available next summer!

Outstanding Beachfront Views

We went down from Houston right before hurricane Beryl. Property manager was easy to get in touch with and guided us through the process Condo was clean and well furnished with a great view of the beach from the balcony and the living room and main bedroom. Would stay there again.

Great location, but not super clean.

Satisfied overall with the stay, mostly due to the location with the view and direct access to the beach. The room was not very clean when we got there and it was after the office was closed so we ended up doing several loads of laundry to clean the sheets and comforters and sweeping the floors ourselves, which had hair and sand everywhere. Bathrooms were not clean either. The property manager called in the morning, very apologetic, and sent cleaners to help, but we had our stuff everywhere and had done most of the cleaning ourselves already. Otherwise, the pool and hot tub were great and the views from the rooms are amazing.

The property is well maintained, the room was just as the photos showed. All amenities were great to use, access to the beach was an ease! Only negatives, were that we had 2 cockroaches in the room during the stay and that they were doing construction on the building and remodeling adjacent rooms which was very frustrating to have to hear that constantly.

Stylish condo

We have been to South Padre over a dozen times and this place had the nicest interior of any of the condos we have stayed. Everything is very well done with high end appliances, towels, throw rugs, couches, etc. The beds were comfortable and the black out curtains allowed us to sleep in! You are right on the beach! The pool and hot tub were heated, which was nice. I feel like the outside of the condo could be improved but that doesn't really matter! Very enjoyable stay! Would definitely stay again!

Lovely Stay

We really enjoyed our week on the beach in this condo. The condo was well-decorated, very clean, had most everything we needed, and offered beautiful ocean views. Lovely pool and hot tub. We also had our own assigned parking space. Only two things we would recommend: beach towels for use and draperies in the master bedroom that are room darkening and that cover the entire windows. We were unable to sleep in due to the very early morning sun flooding the master bedroom. Highly recommend this condo and would definitely return to it or one of the other condos in the building.

The property was very nicely remodeled. However, we found the draperies in the master bedroom should have had 2 more panels. The sun blared in our eyes in the morning because we could not cover the windows. Also, there were only 2 coffee cups in the condo.

Beautiful condo on the beach

We loved staying here. It was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped. We loved sitting in the balcony often and it was just steps to the beach . We will return.

Do not stay here.

Be ware of the property manager charging $100 a piece for rubber bracelets. Don't fall for this scam. This is a shame, the condo is nice but I won't stay again. The property details do not mention anything about required bracelets. Scam, scam. Stay away.
