The condos 201 and 202 were clean, comfy and cozy. SPI Rentals were very responsive and kind. We enjoyed the pool and appreciated how late it was open. Very clean with everything we needed to enjoy our time in SPI. The amenities like the pool and the dock were very nice and useful. Condo is a short walk from the beach with two convenient public access points that we used. It's spacious, clean, and in an awesome location. You can walk to the beach, and the pool and hot tub are meticulously maintained and so nice to relax at. The condo was great. Bring EVERYTHING you may need in the kitchen though...there wasn't a single condiment like salt or pepper so come prepared. They did have pots and pans and cooking utensils. However the most disappointing aspect of the stay was that the owners had chosen to save money by cancelling their cable subscription and switching to a Smart TV that had very little news, sports or other choices. Very clean and a great place for the beach and dock fishing. The pool was awesome. We were cooking out on Sunday and had just finished when I noticed the gas was empty, we notified the agency and within minutes they brought another tank and replaced it.
