We contacted the owner and he had us use the key from the lock box. The kitchen had no paper towels or napkins. Couldn’t find the garbage bags for the large garbage container. The closet in the master bedroom was filled with boxes & vacuums so we couldn’t use the floor for shoes or luggage. The bed was not comfortable- we kept rolling to the middle. There was no welcoming book to give instructions on how to use the TV s- there were 3 different remotes for the main TV. We eventually figured it out. I had to call the owner to find out what was required of us upon checking out. We were here Jan22-29 & the weather was cold so we had to turn the heat up to 77 degrees, but the floors being tiled, were so cold!
