The open-concept great room on the second floor is perfect to spend quality time watching a movie on the 65’ Smart TV, playing a game of pool, or soaking in the views of the surrounding pines. The large bay windows let in latural light & the natural wood floors are stunning. There is a stone encased fireplace & comfortable seating for 8.

This kitchen is unmatched with a full-size fridge & stand alone full-size freezer, stainless steel appliances, gas range, dishwasher & wine fridge. The kitchen island has a beautiful rustic wood finish & seats 4. When dinner is ready to be served the dining table is just steps away & seats 8.

If you prefer to dine al fresco there is a large back deck. Enjoy the gas BBQ & seating for 6.

With 5 bedrooms, there is room for the whole family! There are 2 master bedrooms, one on the ground floor & the other upstairs. The downstairs master bath has a single sink & large walk-in shower. The upstairs master bedroom has a gas fireplace, 55’ TV & an ensuite bathroom that boasts a jetted tub, large walk-in shower & double vanity. The kid’s room & the additional 2 rooms w/ queens share the upstairs &/or downstairs full bathrooms-both have shower/tub combos.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval; additional fee required. No other animals are allowed. Dogs are never allowed to be left unattended. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

Great place for an adult family vacation!
We are an extended family of 7 adults, we try to do a summer vacation each year so we can see each other, this is the nicest place we've rented so far, accommodated all of us plus 2 dogs with room to spare, and nively at up as well. Highly recommend!

Great stay for a large group (plus our dog)!
The house was very large and comfortably fit our group of 8 (3 couples + 2 other friends). It was clean, had all the essentials you would expect, and we loved the large backyard for our dog. They were very accommodating of our pet and included some items (food/water mat, waste bags, etc.) for us. It's located in a quiet neighborhood right next to a grocery store which was convenient. It's about a 10-15 minute drive from the main parts of South Lake Tahoe so keep that in mind if you're planning to spend most of your time in that area.

This place is a great location and a nice set up of a house. The kitchen has everything you need. However, the couches and furniture are terribly uncomfortable. The sectional gave everyone in our group back pain and the beds were not much better. The linens and towels are sub par for a long vacation time and should be better quality for the price of this house. Overall I honestly wouldn’t recommend paying this price for this house.

This place was amazing! We rented this for our wedding week. Amazing architectural design throughout the home. Amazing quiet location and any thing you could possibly imagine was there , from the hot tub , pool table , fenced in yard for my pups, there was also everything indoors from spices to humidifiers, this place has it all . Definitely a must book ❤️

I and my family had an incredibly relaxing stay. The weather was perfect, the house was amazing and the support team was great! The house is about five minutes from the “Y” on 50 and close to everything you need.

House was great and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. It is a neighborhood but we felt like we were alone. Plenty of room for everyone except for the hide a bed couch. The cushions on it were filthy and when pulled out the bed was not in good condition - very uncomfortable to sleep on. The actual bedrooms were great. When the windows were open there was a lot of cobwebs on the sill. Would recommend adding ceiling fans in the living room, kitchen and in the bedrooms that did not have fans. We did have a great family vacation.

Fantastic Home For Family Getaways
Gorgeous home with plenty of space for a family of 11 ages 3-85. Clean and thoroughly accommodating in almost every way. Would likely rent again but there are a few things of note: 1) The hot tub restriction after 10PM was frustrating 2) Only 3 TVs in such a big house was challenging with a big family; adding a TV to the basement Master as well as one of the other bedrooms would definitely help 3) Not having a fire pit in the backyard was disappointing; hopefully this rule will change in the future.

The icing on the cake was the view of the snow. RnR was wonderful! When we first got there the heat was already on and the driveway was cleared from the driveway. Great place for a large family!
We loved the location, and the layout of the house was perfect for our young children to spread out for naps/quiet time and still have fun! We just missed out on the snow season but there was one day with some fresh powder everyone loved in the huge back yard. There was plenty to do outdoors without the snow as well. There are a few minor issues we ran into, the property manager was very fast with responses and we can’t wait to book here again.. hopefully deeper into the snow OR summer season!
