Overall, we had a pleasant stay at this property. The house was exactly as described, from the VBRO listing. You could tell everything, was like new. We found the neighborhood to be pretty quiet, and the location was perfect. Very close to the beach. I did drop off my family at the beach, then parked at the house, and jogged back to the beach. About .8-1.2 miles, depending on which side of the beach you go to. It was definitely walking distance to Matunick Oyster Bar, which I highly recommend for lunch or dinner. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, and I felt the price was reasonable. The host was very responsive, and though we didn't have any issues, I got the impression that he would have taken care of whatever it is that came up.
