Standing at over 14,000 feet, Mount Rainier creates her own weather, which can change quickly and can be drastically different than the surrounding area. I have learned to venture out to find new perspectives that I have not seen before or on the path less traveled. When I saw that it would be clear this past week for sunset, I grabbed my camera and shot for a general location until I found this spot. Later found out they have 2 more outdoor showers and another toilet closer to the yurts.
