"Pillows felt like balloons, one tv very small,worker came and spread salt all over patio which made it difficult to not track everywhere,nothing shoveled, one large frying pan that was not usable non stick gone other than that had a good time with family"

"This hotel has a fabulous location regarding Lake Winnipesaukee. I stayed there in March of 2025 and 2026 and both times paid a "resort fee" which consisted of nothing. The hotel staff were very nice. My room was clean, but run down. The furniture was scratched, gauged, and set up on blocks of wood. I will say the linens were clean, the amenities were so-so. This hotel is taking advantage of its central location. In March, location doesn't matter. No one is going to enjoy the lake, the beach, the boating, everything New Hampshire has to offer in summer months during the month of March. "

"The service was okay they were kind, but Nothing was available for use except the pool which was freezing, sauna was out of order, so was the gym, the continental breakfast was lacking no cream cheese for the bagels, basically just bread. On the ad it said room service (food service), but what it meant was cleaning service. There was a ton of ants in the room also. The first night there we had no TV/Internet. Hopefully it's just in a transition period or something. I wouldn't stay here again though. "

"We stayed for 2 days, it’s super cute, so convenient to be able to cook cook instead of going out. Room is good size, we had a beautiful Mountain View, the bed is lil on firm side if you like that, and the shower had nice hot water with great pressure! Would stay again for sure "

Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host provided useful information in advance about local amenities and recreational facilities. "Directly on the lake with great views. Met the owner who was in the main house for the weekend. Super nice man who shoveled snow off our deck and around our truck a d the parking area. Our cottage was perfect: clean, well-decorated, comfortable."
