« Place was clean. Several issues reported by guests that were not addressed. Screens were still broken.Front door landing has settled with over a 10 inch drop. Bottom step is an unstable stack of cement blocks. Toilet was not repaired from last guests comments.Hard to navigate safely. Air conditioning worked well. Fire pit was so rusted, unsafe to use. Location is great, needs some TLC. »

The unit was cheerful and comfortable for three adults and the kitchen was well equipped for the light meals we had there (note to host: need a couple of potholders and some hooks or towel bars in the bathrooms). « I could not stay there during the arctic snowstorm of 2026\. I did stop by to check it out. It remained unshoveled for the days I would have had it. Inside was quaint, good layout, natural light from windows. Modern large shower and super clean. Unwalkable because of piled up snow but restaurants, grocery, sufficient. I had to eat the cost of the unused week and wished we could have worked out a plan to return at another time. That would have made it a 5 star rating. »

« The unit is a quiet tucked away room amongst what looks like an older motel that has been refurbished as individual updated units. The gardens were lovely and the place was clean. I was surprised how great the location was in terms of being able to walk 10 minutes to a beach and 20 minutes to the main downtown area of shops in Harwich Port. It’s important to read the amenities list as there is no kitchen (mini fridge and microwave included). Also the host does offer beach chairs and pool towels....

"D'après le site internet et les photos, je m'attendais à un hôtel Club mais c'est juste un motel américain. Grande chambre mais vieillotte et un peu humide du fait de l'emplacement. Piscine basique mais ça fait du bien quand il fait chaud. Une petite "plage" de sable avec jolie vue sur le marais et des feux de camp le soir si vous voulez faire griller des chamallows. Bon petit déjeuner classique d'hôtel americain.pas de restaurant sur place, petite carte de sandwichs au bar. Il faut prendre la voiture pour aller diner. "

"Cette chaîne est restait sur ses acquis. Chambre certes spacieuse mais on vie avec les voisins et les gens qui passent dans le couloir. La literie est confortable et la clim est ultra appréciée avec les chaleurs estivales. Petit déjeuner dit continentale mais 1 type de pain, 1 type de muffin et 2 alternatives de plats chaud c’est un peu limite. Le plus reste les gaufres à la minute. Je recommande pour une nuit ou deux mais pas pour un long séjour. "

"The cleaning of the room seemed to have been done quickly, we found things in the room like a used fork, a deodorant and a lipgloss on the floor that weren’t ours. Other than that everything was great. The emplacement is perfect. Also, Lydia at the breakfast buffet was really sweet! "
