"We had a wonderful stay at this property in Chott Meriem, the highlight was our unforgettable trip to the formidable Sousse Fort and Masjid. Upon arrival we were greeted by the housekeeper Fatiha, who was always ready to help with anything we needed. The view from the apartment is mesmerising, especially the sunrise over tge sea! It was also a pleasure to meet Ali (the host) and Muhammad and enjoy a cocktail together - thank you so much!"

"This property is truly exceptional. Every detail is carefully considered to ensure guests feel well cared for from the moment they arrive. From the security staff and bellmen to the reception team, every single person I encountered was highly professional, courteous, and attentive. What impressed me even more was seeing members of the top management team actively walking around the property to ensure that guests were being properly taken care of. Their visible presence and commitment to guest satisfaction reflect a culture of excellence that is evident throughout the entire operation. The follow-up was equally impressive. The team consistently checked in to make sure everything was meeting expectations and promptly addressed any request or concern. This level of attentiveness made me feel genuinely valued as a guest. The level of service is outstanding and sets a benchmark for hospitality excellence. This property is a perfect example of the standards that other hotels should aspire to in customer care and hospitality management. I highly recommend this property. "Le personnel est parfait, mais il manquait du personnel( ca travaillais fort , le boss est radin ) , la bouffe est correct sans plus , vieille peinture ..... un 5/10 ( niveau qualité prix c est correct ) , la piscine est propre et belle , la plage aussi .... a visiter mais c est pas le grand luxe ."

"Stayed for 2 nights was put in garden view room but all I could see was top of building which was noisy they did say we could change but the room was far to walk so decided to stay air conditioning wasn’t working so was really hot had to leave balcony door open and was constant noise which was a pain someone came out but issue wasn’t resolved I put the cleaning sign on door but cleaner changed the towels and left room uncleaned and took the sign so we couldn’t use again food was ok repetitive but always found something to eat but not the wow for me location was brilliant next to the beach so perfect for me that was the only thing good about this hotel"

"It is simply AWFUL. According to Expedia the hotel is 4*. In reality it is a low 2 stars. In dire need of maintenance...building and housekeeping. Very BASIC Reception staff were helpful. But NEVER EVER GO TO THE night venue. The Security staff are SIMPLY WILD AFRICAN BEASTS: unmarrened, very violent, and judgemental. Please avoid this dreadful place. It was not like this a few years ago. That is why I advise anyone seeing the ad on Expedia or any other site to read this comment before selecting"

"I spent just 4 days here but as the weather was bad and my room had no windows I moved to an Airbnb in Sousse down by the beach run by Amel the price was the same but the view from my balcony straight out to sea was the very best and the host is kindness itself if you are nice to her she will teach you to cook Tunisian food and show you around Sousse, breakfast on the balcony watching the world go by is a very fond memory even now and she will recommend places to go.
